Shipping policy

Order Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

UK customers: After placing your order please allow 8-12 business days to receive your order. Please note during holidays delivery times may vary we advise you order your hair in advance to any occasions to allow time to receive your order/

 

International customers: please be aware of any custom duties or fees that may apply to your order upon reaching your country. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEARING YOUR ORDER OR PAYING CUSTOM FEES.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
